Love this concept. I’m sure we’ve all created pictures with pebbles on the sandy shores at some time or other in our lives. So, why not take it a step further. When you are on the beach this summer, wherever you are in the world, make some pictures, take some pics and become part of something much bigger! My friend Mandi sent me a link to this sight this week – 10:15 Saturday Night. At first I thought she was inviting me to some event or other but no, it’s much cooler than that. In fact it is one of the coolest concepts i’ve come across all year. The idea is that you set your alarm on your mobile to go off at 10:15 every Saturday night. When the alarm goes off you take a photo of whatever you’re doing or wherever you are. Then, when the hangover of the weekend has subsided you can log in to the site and upload your photo. So, not only are you cataloging your Saturday night escapades each week, you can also browse a snapshot of what other people all over the globe get up to at 10:15 every Saturday evening.
